okey dokey

well this is something that I need to track for the next 6 weeks. I started a supplement today called CLA. its it supposed to help with adipose fat tissue maintenance and lean muscle mass. it stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid. here is a link on about.com to it. Along with working out daily, food tracking and calorie counting I decided to give this a go. I'm really against supplementing but as this is a naturally occurring compound and it has been shown to be affective in Some tests both human and animal. I'll give it a try.
Just some background. I have been working out for the past 10 weeks of a 12 week program. I have lost 28 Lbs in the last 10 week but these last few pounds ( 195 > 0) have been a real bitch to shed and I believe I have hit a plateau. My calorie consumption is on the razor edge of being unhealthy for my level of exercise so I can not cut there. Currently I workout 2x daily 45mins cardio / 45minutes weights.
SoI plan to use 3.2g CLA daily for 6 weeks and record how it does and how I feel about it. any side affects and my general mood. :-)

weight: 192.2 lbs
waist: 38.5 inches (I wear a 33 waist WTF!)
Calories consumed: 1846
Expended Calories: 2980
Carbs: 94g 20%
Pro: 188g 40%
fat: 84g 40%
CLA supplement : 5g

exercise:
swimming 45 min. - technique training
weight lifting 60 min - full body
note: 30 push ups 50 situps were no problem today. thats progress.

mood:
This morning after my swim I felt awake and pretty well rested. Still not focusing much at work but work is slow and boring at the moment. had a normal yogurt breakfast with fruit and protein powder. man that mix is great. I think its the fresh fruit though. I eat the same darn thing every day and just cant get enough.
I got a bit tired this afternoon, I've been accually tired for the last week or so at work. I'm not sure if it has been the slow down at work making me brain dead or the lower consumption of carbohydrates or perhaps the change in weather its getting quite brisk. I think its a bit of all of it.
tonight I was sluggish in getting started with my workout but once I was there It was getting better.
and what the Fuck does a 33 waist mean in my pants! if my circumrance is 38 the so should my pants? accually where my belt would be is 36 but thats not where we are tracking so...
Off to bed and its only 8:30...
